RMIT will travel to the inner city in Round 10 to take on the Brunswick Renegades for the first time.
With the Reserves coming off their second win of the season and the Seniors needing a perfect run home to keep their finals chances alive, Saturday’s clash at Alec Gillon Oval promises to be a high-stakes one.
The Reserves will open the day from 12pm following their best performance yet against Yarra Old Grammarians. Following her match-turning two-goal second half, Julz Nannetti has been named at centre half-forward while Courtney Yelds has been moved from her standard position on the half-back flank to start on the ball.
The Seniors will be looking to return to the winner’s list against the second-placed Renegades from 2pm. Vice-captain Thomay Nicolaou and Beth Scutt will both play on Saturday after being late withdrawals to illness in Round 9 while Jasmine Host and Tori Quilligan will add speed to the side that faded out against Yarra across the midfield and half-forward respectively. Emily Balaburov will start on the bench after missing last week with an ankle injury.
